HIIT or high intensity interval training is a 45 minute workout that focuses on blocks of high-intensity effort followed by recovery intervals. It's designed to increase muscle endurance, stamina and burn fat in a time-efficient manner. 
This 45-minute circuit style class is geared towards strengthening the core and doing functional exercises that help with mobility. Enjoying a variety of styles in each video from yoga to pilates to barre!
