Pumped Up Strength is a muscular endurance program that focuses on functional movement
patterns that dynamically integrate the upper and lower body.
The class is broken up into blocks with each block finishing with one dynamic flow.
I will teach a progressive layering technique to easily break down the movements for each block. This teaching method will allow you to easily learn the choreography in a way that leaves you feeling successful and minimizes downtime which maximizes results
